TCP HiC40 Micro Concrete Crusher Hire

Micro Machine Hire offers for hire a Purple Pulveriser TCP HiC40 concrete crusher.

At only 800mm wide the TCP HiC40 is the smallest concrete crusher in our fleet but still packs an impressive 60 tonnes of crushing force. This crusher will fit through a standard pedestrian gate or door. We have manoeuvred this micro concrete crusher through other narrow spaces including corridors and windows. 

This Purple Pulveriser, is also known as a brick crusher or rock crusher and is ideal for landscape gardeners, builders and developers. It is very simple to operate and incredibly cheap to run using about 1 litre of diesel an hour.

The TCP HiC40 series has a jaw aperture of 400mm x 380mm. Manually adjustable jaws allow for the adjustment of output product size, ranging from 20mm right through to 70mm.

The crusher will crush concrete, kerbstone, marble, paving slabs, bricks, tiles, blocks, stone, porcelain, flint, gravestones, etc.

Output will vary according to jaw setting, loading method, loading equipment, input material, and familiarity of the loading operator. In excess of 6 tonnes per hour has been achieved! If this mini concrete crusher doesn't tick all the boxes, have a look at the 4000 series or alternatively, the larger 5000 series. 

Micro Machine Hire recommends loading the concrete crusher by hand rather than using an excavator for the greatest output rate.

All prices are subject to VAT at 20%

The crusher will be supplied with a full tank of diesel. If it is not returned in the same state then diesel will be charged at the current rate per litre.

The person hiring the machine will be responsible for the machine whilst it is in their possession and will need to insure it appropriately and sign a contract accepting full responsibility for the machine.
